Appreciation Ceremony held for faculty staff
An appreciation ceremony was organized on November 17th, 2021, in the presence of Dr. Duran Kala, Dean of Faculty of Dentistry, Dr. Lezan Dawood, Polyclinic Manager, Dr. Aliser Babakulivev, Vice Dean, and Mr. Erjan Sezer, Executive Academic Advisor.
The ceremony was coordinated by Dr. Zainab Yalman, Representative of Dean of Student’s Office at the Faculty of Dentistry, and Dr. Safya Basman, Dean of Students Assistant. The purpose of the event was to appreciate the important role of the academic and administrative staff of the faculty during the Covid-19 pandemic and the measures undertaken despite the risk and predicament associated with the virus.
To commence the ceremony, Dr. Duran Kala delivered a short speech to welcome the guests and thank the faculty staff for their hard work and effort. Subsequently, small memorial gifts and appreciation certificates were handed to all dentistry staff.
