Under the direct supervision of Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, Head of the Board of Trustees at Tishk International University, and Dr. Duran Kala, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, a special committee was assigned to revise the BDS Program Curriculum and the course catalogues according to the European system of student workload and course credit calculation. The committee members included Dr. Duran Kala, Dr. Ranj Nadhim, Mr. Ercan Sezer and Dr. Aliser Babakulyev. The updated curriculum is competence-based and focuses on evidence-based learning and state-of-the-art clinical practice.
This document contains catalogues of all theoretical, practical and clinical courses of the TIU / BDS Program for 2020-2021. The catalogue forms were designed according to the European standards (Bologna Process), considering course description, objectives, learning outcomes, local credits and European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
