Welcome Back Ceremonies for the Students of Faculty of Dentistry
The Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University arranged a series of welcome-back ceremonies for dentistry students, held between October 18th and November 2nd, 2022. The events were organized by the Dean of Students Office Representative, Dr. Lava Sabr, and class advisors of each stage. A total of six welcome-back ceremonies were held respectively for the faculty’s second, third, fourth and fifth-stage students.
Dr. Safiya Basman, Student Representative at the Dean of Students Committee, delivered a speech to students in which she highlighted the importance of participating in social activities and being a productive student besides studying dentistry. Dr. Safiya Basman also presented the students with the different types of social activities held at the university and various club activities. Further, the class advisors of each stage were introduced to facilitate communication between the students and the academic staff.
