The Deanery of Students Representatives at the Faculty of Dentistry, Tishk International University (TIU) organized a “Visit Your Future Event” to be held soon at TIU. The purpose of ‘Visit Your Future Event’ is to introduce students to the Faculty of Dentistry in Tishk international University and provide high school students an opportunity to visit the campus. The open days aim to provide an opportunity for future university students to gather information about TIU, dentistry, experience the campus, and current students and staff.
In light of this event, selected high school visits were conducted to invite students to the event by a group of faculty staff. High school visits were arranged to encourage potential university students to visit Tishk International University and join the event. The organizers distributed brochures of “Visit Your Future” to all 12 graders’ classes in the school and explained that they can visit TIU from February 19th to February 22nd, 2024, 09:30 AM to 03:00 PM to have a campus tour under the supervision of our staff.
The visits were performed between February 19th to February 22nd, 2024, where the research assistants in Faculty of Dentistry made a tour to all the visitors to all of our faculty, labs, and facilities on campus and answered all of their questions. Each student was enrolled and given a notepad and stationery to use while taking notes throughout the event.
