On February, 3 ,4 & 7 , 2021, , Dr. Zainab Yalman, the Dean of Students Office representative in Dentistiry Faculty of Tishk International University organized three welcoming ceremonies for the first grade dentistry faculty students in three different days to avoid crowding due to the pandemic. The ceremonies were done in the presence of  Mr. Ercan Sezer, the Excutive Academic Advisor, Dr. Manr Nazhat, the academic advisor of the first grade students and the class advisors of first grade . On January 12, 2021, in order to receive free dental treatment a group of children from the Erbil Orphanage house was invited to visit the Dentistry Faculty Polyclinics of Tishk International University in Erbil, KRG. This visit was the second stage of the Orphanage House Care Project arranged by Dr.Zainab Yalman, the representative of the Dean of Students office in Dentistry Faculty. The free treatment project for orphan children started on January 7, 2021, after a group of Dentistry Faculty staff visited them and diagnosed their teeth. On January 10, 2021, in the presence of Dr.Duran Kala, the Dean of Dentistry Faculty at Tishk International University, and Dr. Lezan Dawood the Polyclinic Manager, the Dean of Students office arranged a small celebration for Christian students on the occasion of Christmas. The event was supervised by Dr.Zainab Yalman, the representative of the Dean of Students Office in the Dentistry Faculty, and Mr.Yusuf Siddik. On January 7, 2021, the Dean of Students office in Tishk International Univerity arranged a second visit to the Erbil Orphanage House, under the supervision of the representative of the Dean of Student’s office in Dentistry Faculty, Dr. Zainab Yalman, and Mr. Yusuf Siddik. Dr. Mevan kawa, Dr. Abdulla Majid and Dr. Bzhar Muhammad, academic staff of the Pedodontics Department also participated in the activity.
