School Dental Care Project
On December 3, 2025, a group of staff and fifth-stage students from the Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University visited Shila Governmental Kindergarten in Basta Piyaza, Erbil, KRG, as part of the School Dental Care Project.
Supervision and Participation
The project was supervised by Dr. Bushra Rasheed, Head of the Pedodontics Department at the Faculty of Dentistry. Students were under the direct supervision of Dr. Haneen Mudhar, who accompanied the students on the field.
Four students from the 5th stage participated in carrying out this project.
Project Objectives and Activities
The project aimed to:

After the checkups, the team gave specific and detailed instructions for brushing teeth through oral instructions and live demonstrations.

Project Planning
This project was first discussed before the day of commencement (November 19, 2025), when the school management was contacted by TIU. This was followed by several meetings to arrange all the needs of the project.
