This month is believed to be filled with mercy, bliss, and abundant blessing, and is a great time to work on your faith and learn patience and compassion.

This year, Tishk International University, Faculty of Dentistry participated in iftar meals in TIU campus organized by second grade students on the 23rd , 24th , 25th and 26th of February, 2026. University staff seniors and class advisors were invited and joined the students in their iftars. A total of 4 iftar meals during the holy month of Ramadan where the meals were prepared by the second-grade students.

For the purpose of joy and relaxation games were organized and photos were taken. During the holy month of Ramadan, Muslims are encouraged to reflect and make a special effort to follow the teachings of Islam. Ramadan is more than just abstaining from food and water; it is a time for unity, spiritual reflection, and growth. Muslims engage in charity doings and good deeds, spend time with family and loved ones and try their best to avoid bad habits such as fighting, lying, and gossiping.

We pray that all your prayers and worship has been accepted in the holy month. May Allah reward all who organized and all the invited who participated in those events.
