Celebrating Graduate Connections

On the afternoon of February 4, 2026, the Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University arranged a gathering ceremony on the university campus for the purpose of reuniting alumni graduated from Tishk International University.

Alumni of all rounds were invited to join the ceremony.

Opening Address

The ceremony began with a speech from Dr. Jaffar Naghshabandi, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, who delivered a heartwarming speech:

  • Welcoming the alumni back to campus

  • Discussing the university’s wish to always build a bridge with their students

  • Expressing how the Faculty of Dentistry wants a consistent relationship with their graduates

Alumni Unit Presentation

This was followed by a speech from Mrs. Lavin Kawa, Coordinator of the Alumni Unit, where she:

  • Presented an application specific for alumni that serves as:

    • A connection means between alumni

    • A career center for finding jobs

  • Focused on the Alumni Center’s commitment to visiting alumni and securing connections

Special Seminar: Hypnosis in Dentistry

The ceremony was followed by a seminar presented by Dr. Ezideen Haso, Head of the Mechatronics Engineering Department. The seminar covered:

Closing and Networking

The ceremony ended with snacks and lunch served by the university, allowing alumni to reconnect and network in a warm, collegial atmosphere.
