On 17th February 2026, Faculty of Dentistry arranged a psychological seminar for students in the faculty. Mental Health & Performance seminar was a focused session designed exclusively for dental students navigating academic pressure, clinical responsibility, and exam stress. Led by Dr. Waad Alhafiz, Specialist psychiatrist from Baghdad, the session explores how stress impacts focus, memory, performance and more importantly, how to manage it using practical, evidence-based tools you can apply immediately to strengthen both academic and clinical performance. On November 19th, 2024, the Dean of Students' Office at the Faculty of Dentistry, Tishk International University (TIU), visited Ishik Ronaky Kindergarten and Primary School to conduct a comprehensive dental education and check-up initiative. This event, organized at the specific request of the school, aimed to raise awareness about oral health and provide initial dental assessments for their students.
