On January 18th, 2023, the Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University organised a workshop titled Basic Life Support: A Life-Saving Skill for university staff. The workshop was presented by Dr. Shaween Ziyad Talabani, Ph.D. (UK), Cardiologist. The workshop's objectives were to teach the participants the life-saving skills of a cardiac arrest patient, give high-quality chest compressions, and deliver appropriate ventilations.
