The Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University, in cooperation with Vatech Company, successfully conducted a comprehensive training course titled “CBCT in Diagnostic Dentistry: A Comprehensive Course “from February 16 to 19, 2026. This professional training course is designed to enhance participants’ competence in Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), with emphasis on image quality, diagnostic interpretation, and effective treatment planning.

Course Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental principles of Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT).
- Identify indications and limitations of CBCT in clinical practice.
- Demonstrate proper patient positioning and CBCT image acquisition techniques.
- Recognize normal anatomical structures and common pathological findings.
- Apply CBCT in treatment planning for various dental procedures.
- Enhance clinical decision-making using CBCT data.
