Once again Tishk International University Faculty of Dentistry\Pedodontics department performed a volunteering activity in GULAN Primary School by the oral examination based on DMFT index for children aged between 6 to 8 years old. Dentistry Faculty students from third grade with academic staffs Dr. Bushra Rashid and Mrs.Rojan Arif had a visit to Orphans home in KRG/Erbil, the main purpose of the visit was to be close with Orphans and deal with their social, educational and health aspect needs and also to make students get awareness of social responsibility duties.

300 kindergarten children had oral examination by a group of 13 dental students under supervision of pedodontic head department (Dr.bushra rashid )& Dr. Lava sabir .the aim was for early detection of dental caries and other defects in their oral cavity . At the same time dental students could practice examination and diagnosis of oral findings ,kids had fun with gifts and educationable painting pictures.
