Students enjoyed a terrific trip to Hawraman and Dukan On October 15th, 2021 a trip to Hawraman for a group of fifth-grade students and seniors of the Faculty of Dentistry was organized by the Dean of Students Office at Tishk International University. The group visited the resorts, the archaeological, cultural, and religious places of Halabja and Hawraman, and stayed in the district of Halabja for one night. Faculty of Dentistry staff and students vaccinated against COVID-19 On November 14th, 2021 a committee from the Ministry of Health, KRG was invited to the Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University. The aim of this visit was to provide Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations to both staff and students of the Faculty of Dentistry. The vaccination procedure adhered to the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and was conducted under the supervision of specialized physicians, in order to monitor any side effects or complications that may happen after vaccination. Faculty of Dentistry organizes a camp visit for Zanyary Private School Tishk International University organized a great campus visit for the 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students of Zanyary Private School. The purpose of this visit was to allow high school students to visit TIU, and become acquainted with campus life, and the departments available at the university. Meeting with Hawler Medical University

On October 11th, 2017, the admissions committee of Hawler Medical University and Tishk International University, met with Dr. Nzar Shabila, Vice President of Hawler Medical University and Dr. Dara Hama Rashid, dean of the faculty of dentistry at Hawler Medical University to discuss details pertaining to the joint masters program that is to be held between the two respective universities. Further meetings between the universities will be held in future to prepare academic requirements and criteria.
