Between December 11, 2019, and January 26, 2020, the dean of the students' office through its representatives Mr.Fatih Yilmaz and Dr.Zeyneb Yalman and in the presence of Dr.Duran kala, the dean of Dentistry Faculty, Mr.Ercan Sezer and Dr.Vinot Kumar distributed certificates of achievement and appreciation to the students of Dentistry Faculty that contributed to : 1.Mawlid al nabi event 2.Food fundraising 3.white coat ceremony in recognition of their tremendous efforts and to encourage them to do more volunteering projects and wishing them more prosperity in their future activities.

Dean of Students' office organized a small celebration for the Christian students of the Dentistry Faculty on December 23,2019, in the Presence of Dr.Alisher Babakuliyev, the vice dean of Dentistry, Mr.Fatih Yilmaz and Dr.Zainab Yalman, the representatives of Dean of students. Dr.Zainab gave a short speech to the students, congratulated them for their feast and wished them a Happy New Year. Then Small gifts were given to the students.

TIU, Faculty of Dentistry organized a workshop under the title of "LASER in dentistry-breaking the code of concepts" on December 22, 2019, at the faculty building, in the presence of Dr.Mehmet Ozdemir, the vice present of TIU and Dr.Lezan Dawood ,the polyclinic manager . The workshop was presented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Niladri Maiti (TIU/Dentistry Faculty-Endodontic department) and it was composed of two sessions. TIU, Dentistry faculty in cooperation with the Dean of Students office organized a welcoming ceremony for the Dentistry staff on December 17, 2019, in the presence of Dr.Duran Kala,the Dean of Dentitry faculty, Dr.Lezan Dawood,the polyclinic manager, Mr.Fatih Yilmaz, and Dr.Zainab Yalman, the Dean of students’ representatives. In the beginning, Dr.Duran Kala welcomed the staff and wished them a year full of success and achievements and thanked them for their great role in serving the faculty. Tishk International University, Faculty of dentistry organized a workshop for the nurses and some of the faculty staff about sterilization and disinfection on December 15,2019 in the Dentistry Building.  Dr. Muhammed Faysal from the Saniswiss company, presented the workshop in the presence of Dr.Duran Kala , the Dean of Dentistry Faculty , Dr.Lezan Dawood ,the polyclinic manager and 27 research assistants and nurses from the faculty .
