On February 9, 2021 the Dean of students office arranged a visit to Erbil Infirmary House under the supervision of Dr. Zainab Yalman, the representative of Dean of students office in Dentistry Faculty and Dr. Lana Bahram, Prosthodontics clinic Senior . The doctors met with the manager of the Infirmary House and planned a cooperation with the Dentistry Faculty to do a series of visits for checking the the teeth of the House residents and treat their teeth as soon as possible. On December 3, 2020, Dentistry Faculty at Tishk International university arranged a visit to Erbil Governmental Orphanage House. Dr. Lezan Dawood, the Polyclinic Manager, Dr.Zainab Yalman, the Representative of Dean of Students Office, Dr. Bushra Rashid, the Chief of Pedodontic Department, and the academic staff of the Pedodontic department supervised a group of Fifth Grade students of Dentistry Faculty during the Activity. On February, 3 ,4 & 7 , 2021, , Dr. Zainab Yalman, the Dean of Students Office representative in Dentistiry Faculty of Tishk International University organized three welcoming ceremonies for the first grade dentistry faculty students in three different days to avoid crowding due to the pandemic. The ceremonies were done in the presence of  Mr. Ercan Sezer, the Excutive Academic Advisor, Dr. Manr Nazhat, the academic advisor of the first grade students and the class advisors of first grade . On January 12, 2021, in order to receive free dental treatment a group of children from the Erbil Orphanage house was invited to visit the Dentistry Faculty Polyclinics of Tishk International University in Erbil, KRG. This visit was the second stage of the Orphanage House Care Project arranged by Dr.Zainab Yalman, the representative of the Dean of Students office in Dentistry Faculty. The free treatment project for orphan children started on January 7, 2021, after a group of Dentistry Faculty staff visited them and diagnosed their teeth. On January 10, 2021, in the presence of Dr.Duran Kala, the Dean of Dentistry Faculty at Tishk International University, and Dr. Lezan Dawood the Polyclinic Manager, the Dean of Students office arranged a small celebration for Christian students on the occasion of Christmas. On January 7, 2021, the Dean of Students office in Tishk International Univerity arranged a second visit to the Erbil Orphanage House, under the supervision of the representative of the Dean of Student’s office in Dentistry Faculty, Dr. Zainab Yalman, and Mr. Yusuf Siddik. From December 6, 2020 to December 9, 2020, The Dean of Students office in Dentistry Faculty, Tishk International University organized an orientation program for the newly joined students.
