We are delighted to announce that two of our fifth-year students, Omed Omer and Barz Awat, successfully participated in a one-month summer training program at Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST) in Cairo, Egypt. This valuable international experience was offered as part of the many international exchange and academic mobility opportunities provided by Tishk International University (TIU) to support our students’ academic, professional, and personal development. Graduation Thesis Defense and Evaluation of Fifth-Year Dental Students

From June 21 to June 24, 2026, the Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University held sessions to discuss the graduation theses of the fifth-grade students. The event was overseen by Professor Dr. Jafar Naghshbandi, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, and Dr. Ranj Nadhim, Graduation Project Course Instructor. Specialized committees were established to evaluate the graduation research projects. These committees were assigned based on the specific disciplines to ensure a thorough and detailed assessment of each project. The committees provided comprehensive evaluations and offered valuable recommendations to enhance the quality of the students’ research.

Dentistry First-Grade Students Organize Charity Projects to Serve the Community

On 9, 10 and 14 May 2026, Faculty of Dentistry in Tishk International University supervised a big project charity organized by First-grade Dentistry students, as part of the Interpersonal Dynamics and Character Building course (IDCB). Several meaningful charity projects were carried out to support people in need and serve the local community, supervised by Mr Reman Sabah, Teacher of IDCB course. Recreational Trip for female Staff to Akre

On 22 April 2026, the Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University organized a recreational and social trip to the city of Akre for female staff members, including research assistants and senior staff members of the Faculty of Dentistry, with a total of eleven participants attending the trip.
